What it means#

A reader that should be durable receives only the events published while it runs, because a placeholder in its endpoint leaves the channel name open. Events published while the reader is stopped aren’t kept for it.

What raises it#

The published version has a reader whose channel name a placeholder leaves open, and Weik.io creates no durable consumer for such a reader. The detail gives the placeholder.

What to check#

See each reader with how far it has come:

Terminal
$ weikio get readers --env <environment> --integration <project>/<integration>

Read the values the deployment receives:

Terminal
$ weikio get variables --env <environment> --resolved --integration <integration>

How to fix it#

Write the channel name in the route, publish a new version and deploy it, or set a variable of the placeholder’s name for the project or the integration and restart the integration. The detail gives the placeholder and the restart command.
