The team that develops Weik.io handles support cases, with response times and support hours agreed with you, around the clock if you need it. For a self-hosted installation or a Weik.io Cloud subscription they're set in a separate support agreement, and for Weik.io Dedicated they're part of the Dedicated agreement. With a Weik.io Cloud subscription you can also open support cases without a support agreement, with no promised response time.
Weik.io Cloud plans include cloud agents, and you can add more at these prices.

weikio export writes every integration and setting as YAML, and weikio apply applies it to any installation. You can start on your own servers and move to Weik.io Cloud or Weik.io Dedicated, or the other way.
Secrets are exported without their values, so you set them again on the new installation with weikio secret set.

Self-hosted Weik.io and Weik.io Dedicated have none. Weik.io Cloud has no fee per integration, user or agent of your own, and each plan lists the cloud agents it includes.
